Types of Automatic Payments
Currently, there are two types of active automatic payments:
- Maintaining a Positive Balance
- Payment Suspension (Preventing Account Suspension)
Maintaining a Positive Balance
This type of automatic payment ensures that the balance remains positive at all times. If the user's balance is insufficient to cover the cost of rented resources for the next 24 hours, the system will automatically top up the balance with the amount specified by the user.
! The user specifies the top-up amount independently in the corresponding field.
Payment Suspension (Preventing Account Suspension)
This type of automatic payment is responsible for reactivating the account in case it is suspended due to insufficient funds in the balance. During the first attempt to activate the account by restoring a positive balance, the system will attempt to process a payment for the amount required to restore the account. Repeated payment attempts will occur within 3 days, and once again on the 14th day of suspension.
