Service Charging Policy

To calculate the cost of using cloud solutions, please refer to the prices in this section.

What the cost of using cloud solutions consists of

The cost calculation for using cloud solutions takes into account:

Instance compute resources:

  • type and number of cores (vCPU);
  • memory size (RAM).

Operating systems.

Storage type and capacity:

  • disks;
  • images;
  • snapshots.

Outbound traffic volume. Public IP address.

Monthly prices are calculated based on 720 hours per month.

Instance usage

The cost of a machine depends on the allocated compute resources, operating system, and usage time. Attached disks and network usage are billed separately.

An Instance is automatically started after creation.

When creating an Instance, you can specify a public IP address for it.

For information on external IP address pricing, see the section Virtual Private Cloud pricing rules.

Compute resources

When creating an Instance, you specify the number of processor cores (vCPU), the base core performance level, and the amount of RAM in GB.

The price is indicated per 1 hour of usage. Billing is hourly.

Operating systems

The use of an operating system on an instance is also billed. The cost depends on the operating system license and the amount of compute resources. This includes the type of core usage selected for the instance.

The price is indicated per 1 hour of usage. Billing is hourly.

Microsoft license usage

The rules for using Microsoft licenses are described in the section Microsoft Licenses in OneCloudPlanet.

Storage usage (disks, snapshots, and images)

When creating a disk, you specify its size — the amount of block storage the disk occupies. The cost of the service depends on the time between disk creation and deletion, the disk capacity, and the disk type selected during creation.

Disks are billed regardless of whether the instance is running or not.

If you have created an image or snapshot, storing this object is billed separately — based on its size.

The price is indicated per 1 month of usage.
