Connecting to Windows Instance

The recommended way to connect to a Windows virtual machine is via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol).

1. Connecting to Remote Desktop​

  • To complete the instance setup, go to the VNC console and finish the initial Windows configuration.

  • Set a username and password for future connections. Save these credentials!

  • In Windows Settings, go to the System tab, then Remote Desktop, and enable this feature.

  • To connect via RDP, enter the instance's external IP address in the corresponding field in the Remote Desktop application, then enter the username and password.

  • Click Connect.
